Each fence entry is a mission: drops never bill,
detention attributes to the load being picked up, one clock at a time, and a dispatch switch
starts a fresh clock with fresh free time. Total fence time always shown.

Missions record from the cutover (evening of Aug 20) —
the first fence entry after that starts the log. Old visits stay on the Visits tab and bill
there. Click a container number for that customer's PDF; click the date for the
whole mission sequence. Uses the Visits tab's date range and filters.

Read this before acting on the grid. Cells under the minimum visit count are dimmed
because they are noise, not signal — at realistic ramp volume an hourly grid needs months to
fill, which is why 4-hour blocks are the default. Two further cautions: dispatch already
avoids the windows it believes are bad, so those cells are thin because of past
decisions, not independent evidence; and time-of-day is entangled with which customers and
move types run then, so a slow cell may be measuring your own mix rather than the ramp.
